Welcome to the CRDB's website!
The Capital Region Development Board (CRDB) is a joint initiative of the NSW and ACT Governments. It is a not-for-profit community based organisation incorporated in the ACT. The Board was formed in 1994 to facilitate economic, employment and investment growth in the South East Region of NSW and the ACT.
The CRDB has positioned itself as a key regional organisation that builds networks and partnerships to find solutions to local issues. The Board assists communities in the region to access the support and programs necessary for them to become the best they can, either through business or community development. The CRDB promotes a range of government services and programs that may be of assistance locally.
The CRDB recognises the need to consider the importance and impact of economic, environmental, social and community factors when undertaking projects and activities within the region.
Specific projects are undertaken by the CRDB, either as the lead organisation or in partnership with other development bodies throughout the region. More information about specific projects is available on this website..
